Noorlinah Mohamed, Director of The O.P.E.N. talks about the new Singapore International Festival of Arts and its engagement initiative The O.P.E.N. What is public engagement for the Festival? What is unique and new? How does this new direction relate to arts education? How do we, the arts education community, benefit from, connect with and leverage on the Festival?
