Elvira Holmberg has served on the SDEA committee since 2009. She was co-chair of SDEA's inaugural Theatre Arts Conference in 2011. She has continued from there to build connections and dialogs with local and overseas presenters to build relations with SDEA. Elvira is already starting work with the team planning for SDEA’s Theatre Arts Conference in 2013.
As a drama educator, Elvira trains students and teachers in drama and develops drama curriculum for the two schools where she is resident artist. She returned to Singapore in 2009 after teaching drama at various levels in international and local schools in Holland. As an artist, she directs and devises original work for the theatre.
